周建业，汉族，1978年6月出生。博士，教授，硕士生导师。国家民委青年英才，中国非公立医疗机构协会口腔预防专委会主委，中国非公立医疗机构协会研发中心常务副主任，甘肃生物工程学会科普与教育专委会主委。主持并以主要完成人参与国家自然科学基金5项，主持并以主要完成人参与省部级项目20多项，主持横向基金3项；发表论文80余篇；获得省级科技创新创业二等奖1项，获地级进步一等奖1项，作为团队成员，获得国家科技创新团队奖1项；获得发明专利6项，实用新型专利3项。近年来，注重基础研究与产业转化的结合。在口腔核磁，等离子刀，口腔护理产品等方面带队做出重要成果，并使相关企业达到3亿以上产值。
